Inspired by old world traditions and charm, this bustling Mediterranean restaurant was designed to ignite all the senses. If you listen carefully enough, the soft stirring of freshly shaved ice, clinking of celebratory cheers and atmospheric beats are reminiscent of a busy market abroad. Modern details were married with the traditional - complex combinations of materials, pattern and colour create a vibrant, moody interior. Decorative tile work, weathered woods and patinated metals contrast with lush fabrics, warm lighting and modern services. Rust coloured mesh drapery borders the room, creating a level of escapism from the streets beyond. Each area of the space offers a visual delight. A highlight of the room is the large U-shaped bar, complete with a brass kickbase and foot rail, reverse tambour millwork in navy, a Lumix quartzite bar top with an intricate edge detail and pendants that dance from the bulkhead above. The bar acts as an anchor of the space - a moodier lounge flanks its right, while a brightly patterned dining space provides comfort in long banquettes. Behind this feature sits a chef's bar under an arched kitchen pass where guests can sit and admire the chef's creativity at work. The private dining room, tucked to the right of the kitchen allows guests another experience to dine the night away, seemingly worlds away.
