Fitting an 'Aloris' type wedge toolpost to the Axminster/SIEG SC4

How to fit an exceptionally sturdy 'Aloris' type toolholder to the Axminster/SIEG SC4 lathe. I always liked the look of the Aloris wedge type toolpost but was put off sticking it on my Axminster SC4 because it was just too darn big. However, after a bit of a ponder I realised that if I removed the compound slide there was a way it could fit. With that in mind I bought a cheap Chinese copy from Arc Eurotrade and whatdya know it fits. The lathe was excellent to begin with but now we have reached a whole new level of sturdiness. Nerdvanah!!!
