Drain the pond half way to reduce the service area and to animate the fish to join in one large group. Add some fish feed to the pond corner you plan to use for harvesting. Layout and untangle your net before entering the pond. You might use a seine net, with net holes of around 3 inches to allow smaller fish to pass. While 1 to 2 helpers enter the pond and drag the net to the centre of the pond another 1 to 2 helpers keep the net close to the pond edge. Now close the by trap toward your chosen corner trapping the fish. Once the net is closed and pre-select the captured fish and return all small fish to the pond. Proceed to kill and process the harvest promptly to avoid spoilage. Make sure the net is cleaned after each harvest and repair the net whenever necessary.
