WeWash

WeWash is home to the longest conveyors in the Netherlands. It is the largest project DICO has supplied to date. It is also the site with the longest tunnels I have seen so far, with each conveyor at a length of 70m. Each tunnel has a high pressure arch, turbo wheel blasters, following wheel blasters, 2 sets of wheel brushes, 3 top brushes, 2 set of trailing wraps, 1 set of standard wraps, grill brushes, and 2 sets of side brushes for washing, a retractable side to side mitter and polishing spec grill brushes for polishing, DICO's new blowers, and a top brush/drying spec wrap combo and side to side mitter for textile drying. Most of the brush materials at WeWash are from Brushcom, including Hybrid+, standard Hybrid, and C-Flex material on the top brushes, MicroAct cloth and CCT Foam on the wraps, grill brushes, and side washers, MicroWash on the polishing components, and MicroDry on most of the textile drying equipment. WeWash uses 4Carwash chemicals, and the top wash includes the lava bath, polish wax, protectant, double wheel cleaning, and double textile drying.
