Fishcurry bahat hi simple tarike se.fishcurry Bengali style. Macher jhol This is another amazing recipe which is ready within 30 mins. This Masala fish curry is absolutely packed with flavours. Fish is first marinaded and cooked and then added to an incredibly spice infused masala sauce. Method: You can use any fish for this and I’ve used Basa Fillets Marinate fish with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp oil and cumin. Leave for 30 min to 1 hr. Then fry on medium Fry 1 1/2 onion with 1 tsp zeera, once translucent add 1 1/2 tsp grated garlic . Fry for couple of minutes then add 3 medium tomatoes. Fry for few minutes then add spices Add 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp coriander powder, 2 chopped green chillies, 2 tbsp fresh coriander. Mix well and then add 1 cup of warm water.
