I had 36 lymph nodes removed from behind my jugular, vagus nerve and various cranial nerves in 2019 in what is referred to as a "Radical Neck Dissection". The cancer I had in 2016 had tumor cells that invaded near by blood vessels. My Dr knew my lymph nodes looked suspicious in 2018 and didn’t think anything should be done. In fact he said, "my daughter has weird looking lymph nodes and she's fine, so you are too." In this video it was July 2019 and about a month post surgery. I was also married to someone with the last name McCoy at the time. It was an abusive relationship and the stress triggered many flares and increased symptoms. Grateful to be out of that marriage. Left him in July 2021. Happily remarried to a wonderful man now, who supports my goals and loves me. After this neck dissection I wasn't able to sing for over a year.
