Walking from the forest to the sea in Frogn, Norway

Today’s walk is a short trail through the Norwegian countryside to a stunning and peaceful wild swimming spot at the local fjord. The trail is in the municipality of Frogn, which is about an hour south of the capital, Oslo. The area is covered in dense Spruce forest and dotted with small farms where the rocky landscape gives way to pockets of flat ground. You may be lucky enough to see Deer, Lynx and Moose at dawn and dusk, venturing out of the tree line and into the fields. We did this walk in June at 1000 local time.
