** NOW SOLD ** ‘Remain Calm’ is a 2014 Lagoon 52F flybridge in immaculate condition and now listed exclusively with YOTI Multihull, Queensland. Delivered and commissioned into Australia, Remain Calm was intelligently specified by her experienced and fastidious first owner. Her current owner gave her a large refit in 2020 in preparation for an extended cruise into North Queensland. Her current inventory is current and extensive. From the moment you board Remain Calm, there is a feeling of space and light. Her cockpit is spread across two seating areas with a separate dinette to starboard and lounging area to port. There is a wet bar, drinks fridge and ice maker forward in the cockpit. The saloon has a great sized galley to port with a cooker/oven, dishwasher, front opening fridge and very usable storage. To starboard is another huge dinette with U shaped leather seating. Centrally forward is the navigation desk with duplicate navigation instruments and engine panels. Moving below, the owners’ cabin is to starboard. Entering midships you appreciate the sheer size of this stateroom, with desk, settee and aft, a huge athwartships island bed. Forward is the superb bathroom with double washbasins, with separate toilet and enclosed shower. Midships in the port hull is a pantry with domestic size fridge/ freezer and washer dryer. Forward is another double cabin with a good-sized island double with separate ensuite and shower. Accessed privately from the cockpit is a huge guest cabin with island double and a huge ensuite and shower. The Flybridge is set up to control the whole boat. Visibility from the helm is fabulous, with all the electric manoeuvering and mainsheet winches within easy reach. At the helm is a Raymarine touchscreen GPS with radar/AIS and anchor and bow thruster controls. Her easy-to-handle rig features a carbon boom with integrated lazy-jacks and boom bag, furler self-tacking jib are all controlled from the flybridge. Remain Calm is powered by twin 75hp Yanmar diesel engines and an Onan 17.5kva genset. Also optioned at order was the 60000btu air conditioning to saloon and cabins and bow thruster. A Stella 180L/h water maker was later added to make her total self-sufficient. A large RIB can be stored on the davits, with an electric winch to operate the hoist lines.
