Trained in fashion design by the Cooperativa Árvore and Citex Porto (now Modatex), [Ricardo Andrez] explores images and products with the motto: "To think about fashion is to think about the body." With men's clothing as his object of study, Ricardo Andrez launched his brand in 2006, reinterpreting sportswear and streetwear ever since. In 2008 and 2009, he presented his work at Cibeles Madrid Fashion Week, Barcelona Fashion Week and ModaFad (Barcelona), and in March 2010 he joined the official calendar of ModaLisboa, where he started to present his collections seasonally. Throughout his career, Ricardo Andrez has won several awards, including the Best PasaFad Collection Prize, ModaFad/Book, Barcelona; the "Silver Boot", MMM Munich Boqueria, Barcelona; the award for "Best 2009 Men's Revelation Creator", Portugal. In January 2013, he won the "Who's Next" Paris contest in the Man category.
