Taipei food never misses 🤍🇹🇼 In this video, I’m taking you with me on a full-on Taipei food adventure, starting in Ximending with the famous Ay-Chung Rice Noodles — one of those spots you have to try at least once when you’re in the area. Right after, I stopped by Xing Fu Tang on the same street for freshly made brown sugar boba, prepared right in front of you (so satisfying to watch 🧋). I also went back especially for one of my all-time favorites: Fuzhou Shizu Pepper Pork Bun (福州世祖胡椒餅) near Raohe Night Market. I’ve tried it before, loved it, and had to come back again — still just as good, if not better. The next morning started with breakfast at the Michelin Guide–recommended Fuhang Soy Milk (阜杭豆漿) — simple, iconic, and absolutely worth the wait. Nearby, I visited the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall (國立中正紀念堂). Pro tip: go early so you have more options and time to explore, because I definitely learned that the hard way 😅 I wrapped up the food journey with dinner at the legendary Din Tai Fung, and honestly… every single dish was a win. An amazing end to an already perfect food day.
