Rock Goddess on German TV in 1983. Bananas was a music program that aired on the German ARD from 1981 to 1984. This is another fantastic and perhaps forgotten track from the girls. They have many great tracks and are a band well worth looking up. This video is notable as it features Kelly Johnson from Girlschool on bass. The guitar solo sounds a lot like Kelly, the connection, of course, is Vic Maile who produced records for both bands. Perhaps she guested in the studio on the track. Jodie is a fantastic guitarist but a slightly different style. Anyone with definite information please post in the comments. The German director has not done us any favours here. He has added some mad shit with the dancing girls which detracts from the performance. I will at some point attempt to take the dancing girls out and add other footage but I will leave this one as authentic to the German TV appearance.
