Today we'll take you on a tour of two of Americas National Parks. They're located fairly close to each other in Wyoming. When traveling to the National Parks within the US, some require a pass to enter. If you're over 62 years of age, you can receive a discounted price ($20.00) allowing entry into all parks for a year. The America the Beautiful Pass is what you'll need to purchase. If you're under 62 the pass is still available but for regular price ($80.00). Jackson Hole airport is the closest airport to the scenery. You'll actually fly between the mountains to arrive at the airport. You can stay within Yellowstone at multiple hotels or you can stay outside the park at Jackson Hole, West Yellowstone, Gardiner or several smaller towns. We packed a lunch with us into the park, but you'll need to be mindful of wildlife also wanting your lunch. There is a store at Old Faithful, but it's expensive. We purchased snacks and picknick lunch materials outside the parks and kept everything not being eaten that day in our room.
