In an attempt to doomscroll less, I've been trying to focus more on non-digital hobbies and going on walks. Invested in some markers and coloring books to hopefully find my creative spark again - and I think it's working! coloring has been fun and I definitely am going to spend more time exploring that and other non-digital hobbies, but a lot of it may be off camera/short form content since vlogs are a bit tiring to keep up with, so we'll see when the next episode of this will come out...
