Our third day commenced at the crack of dawn, setting out around 5:30 in the morning. With eager anticipation, we revisited the area where we had previously hoped to catch a glimpse of the elusive Grey Peacock-Pheasant. Alas, luck was not on our side once more, leading us back to the entrance of the park. However, our spirits were quickly lifted as we encountered a vibrant array of birdlife. The crimson beauty of the Red-headed Trogon, the regal presence of the Sultan Tit, and the delicate charm of the Golden-fronted Leafbirds and Blue-winged Leafbirds captivated our attention. Witnessing the elegant display of the rufous woodpecker added a touch of drama to the morning's sightings. Our excitement peaked upon spotting the Western Hoolock gibbon, a rare and treasured sight as India's sole primate. Even at the park's entrance, nature continued to delight us with sightings of the Black giant squirrel and Pallas's squirrels, showcasing the park's rich biodiversity. After a well-deserved lunch break, we eagerly returned to the wilderness. In the afternoon, we were treated to the sight and sound of a Rufous-throated Fulvetta pair foraging and calling amidst the forest's lush foliage. As the sun began its descent, the vibrant hues of the Ruby-cheeked sunbird and the rhythmic tapping of the Bay Woodpecker enchanted us. Our stroke of luck persisted as we encountered the elusive lord cat, a rare and elusive sighting that left us in awe. Just before retiring to our homestay for the night, a magical moment unfolded as we witnessed the graceful flight of the Red giant flying squirrel, gliding effortlessly through the night sky. Overall, it was a day filled with wonder and discovery, reminding us of the boundless beauty and marvels of the natural world. #escapeintothewild #flyingsquirrels #leopardcat #blackgiantsquirrel #malayangiantsquirrel #pallassquirrel #dehingpatkainationalpark #dehingpatkai #birdsofassam #birding #birds #birdphotography #viralpatel #drpankajmaheria #wildlifephotography The main part of videos : 00:00 Introduction 01:02 Blue-eared Kingfisher 01:15 Rufous Woodpecker 01:27 Red-headed Trogon 01:54 Western hoolock gibbon 02:15 Leafbird and others 03:21 Velvet-fronted Nuthatch 04:03 Pallas's squirrel 05:01 White-crowned Forktail 05:42 Malayan giant squirrel 07:04 Rufous-throated Fulvetta 09:59 Leopard cat 10:12 Red Giant Flying Squirrel Enjoy Like our videos subscribe to our channel Share with friends..
