Im not 100% sure what to make of this interesting NYC Apartment. Its got 2 floors, a crazy staircase that leads down into the livingroom, and a small attic for an annoying family member or fraternal sibling to sleep in temporarily. I think the brooklyn 2 bedroom we also see in this vid is a better deal, but nothing beats manhattan and a roof deck! Let me know what you prefer. Both have their virtues.
