*EASY JUICY OVEN-BAKED BBQ CHICKEN* You'll Never Make BBQ Chicken Another Way *Ingredients* Cleaning the Chicken 5.11 lb chicken drumsticks 1 cup of lime or lemon juice 1 cup of white distilled vinegar 2 limes Seasoning the Chicken 3 tablespoons of olive oil 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 1 tablespoon of Badia Complete Seasoning 1 tablespoon of adobo seasoning 1 tablespoon of seasoning salt 1 chicken-flavored bouillon cube (Maggie brand) 1 teaspoon of garlic powder 1 teaspoon of onion powder 1 teaspoon of paprika powder 1 teaspoon of black pepper 1 whole onion, cut into pieces 1 cup of bell peppers (any colors) 6 garlic cloves, minced (adjust based on size) BBQ Sauce 1 tablespoon of butter 2 tablespoons of brown sugar (light or dark) 1 tablespoon of honey 1/2 cup of chicken juice (reserved from cooking) 1 (19.5 oz) bottle of Jack Daniel's Honey BBQ Sauce 1/2 cup of Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ Sauce 1 teaspoon of hot sauce *Instructions* *Step One* Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Clean the chicken by removing any feathers and the yellow skin. Make a slit in the chicken, as shown in the video. *Step Two* Wash the chicken using lime juice, vinegar, and the juice from the limes, as demonstrated in the video. *Step Three* Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel. Season the chicken with: 3 tablespoons of olive oil 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 1 tablespoon of Badia Complete Seasoning 1 tablespoon of adobo seasoning 1 tablespoon of seasoning salt 1 chicken-flavored bouillon cube (Maggie) 1 teaspoon of garlic powder 1 teaspoon of onion powder 1 teaspoon of paprika powder 1 teaspoon of black pepper 1 whole onion, cut into pieces 1 cup of bell peppers 6 minced garlic cloves (more or less depending on size) Mix everything thoroughly with the chicken. *Step Four* Place the chicken in an aluminum tray and cover it with aluminum foil. Bake on the middle rack in the oven at 350°F for 1 hour. After one hour, remove the chicken from the oven and pour the chicken juice into a bowl (do not discard the chicken juice; save it for later). Place the chicken back in the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 30 to 45 minutes. *Step Five* While the chicken is baking, prepare the BBQ sauce. *Step Six* Remove the chicken from the oven, pour the BBQ sauce over it, and return it to the oven.
