Loved the sauce and the atmosphere here, something you have to try. Hamja’s Eatery (https://maps.app.goo.gl/BZifz6aJDUBc2...) - When you visit Zamboanga City you have to try Tausug Food, a Filipino Muslim people, who are originally from the Sulu archipelago. The food is unbelievable and we tried everything from Tiyula itum - Charred coconut beef soup, to Piyanggang - Charred coconut stew. It was one of the best meals I’ve had in the Philippines! AntiEns restaurant (https://maps.app.goo.gl/U9FyPGgydjFDR...) - Next up we tried more Tausug food, and learned how to make tiyula itum - a soup made with charred coconut. Manang Rose Tempura (https://maps.app.goo.gl/DAqNYGTtfWUy6...) - We’re continuing with our Filipino street food tour to eat at the hilarious Manang Rose Tempura, for one of the most popular street food snacks in Zamboanga City! We also took a walk along the waterside and enjoyed some kwek kwek and other unique Filipino street food.
