Julie Vose, MD, University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha, NE, discusses a match-adjusted indirect comparison (MAIC) of epcoritamab with rituximab plus lenalidomide (R-squared) versus tafasitamab with R-squared in second-line and later (2L+) follicular lymphoma (FL). Dr Vose highlights that this analysis is hypothesis-generating and suggests that epcoritamab may offer improved outcomes over tafasitamab in this patient population; however, a prospective randomized trial would be needed to confirm this.
