Today's style of workout is a P1Harmony Kpop Workout. After the warm up, you will work your way through several cardio routines up to a cardio peak. You will then do a strength portion with weight routines and ab routines. You will then finish with a cool down and mat stretch. In order to be inclusive to all abilities, there are three screens that show chair, low impact and high impact at the same time so please do what is best for you and take breaks as needed. Routine Intensity Level Key Level 1 : Low-Moderate Intensity; slow-moderate paced movements (usually a warm up or a cool down routine). You should be able to talk during this intensity level. Level 2: Moderate-High Intensity; fast paced movements; talking is more difficult as heart rate is higher.
