📖 “You keep track of all my sorrows. You have collected all my tears in your bottle.” – Psalm 56:8 ✨ Before we pray, let us take a moment to listen to the Word of God, and then we will pray together. There are moments when you manage to hold yourself together in public—doing what is expected, fulfilling responsibilities, speaking normally, appearing calm and composed—until suddenly the tears come. Not polite tears. Not quiet tears. But tears that break through every wall you built, tears that flow from a depth you can no longer contain. They may come in the middle of the night, during prayer, in worship, while driving, showering, or sitting alone in silence. And when they come, they can make you feel weak, exposed, ashamed, or out of control. But Scripture reveals something powerful: tears are not ignored by God. They are seen. They are collected. They are understood. Tears are often the language of the soul when words fail—the release of pain held too long, grief that needs expression, exhaustion that has reached its limit, sorrow that demands acknowledgment. And the safest place for your tears is not hiding, not suppression, not shame—but the presence of God, where every tear has meaning and purpose. Many people believe that crying is a sign of weakness, lack of faith, or spiritual immaturity. They think strong believers should stay composed, emotionally controlled, and unaffected. But the Bible is filled with tears: Hannah wept bitterly before the Lord, David soaked his bed with tears, Jeremiah wept for his people, Mary wept at Jesus’ feet, and even Jesus Himself wept. Tears are not the opposite of faith—they are often the most honest expression of it. 💡 Biblical truth about tears: God collects every tear (Psalm 56:8) Tears can move the heart of God (1 Samuel 1) Jesus wept with those who mourned (John 11:35) Tears can precede breakthrough and joy (Psalm 126:5) Those who mourn are promised comfort (Matthew 5:4) Crying does not disqualify you from God’s presence—it often draws you deeper into it. God does not wait for you to stop crying before He listens. He invites you to bring your tears as prayers, as offerings, as honest expressions of your heart. Tears are not wasted in God’s economy; they soften the soul, release what is trapped inside, and make space for divine comfort. So what does it mean to entrust your tears to God? It means giving yourself permission to weep without shame. It means stopping the apology for your emotions. It means allowing the tears to flow in God’s presence and trusting that He understands what each one represents. It means believing that your tears matter to Him—even when no one else sees them. 🙏 Then we will pray together—a sincere, comforting prayer to entrust every tear to God. A prayer for those who are crying now, those who cry in secret, those who feel ashamed of their tears, and those whose sorrow feels endless. A prayer to release pain, receive comfort, and trust that God sees every tear. 💬 If this message speaks to your heart, type “Amen” in the comments. If you need prayer for what is causing your tears—grief, exhaustion, loneliness, pain, or heartbreak—share it, and we will pray with you. Your tears are not weakness. They are seen by God. They are collected with compassion. Comfort is coming. 📖 BIBLICAL REFERENCES : Psalm 56:8 1 Samuel 1:10–20 John 11:35 Psalm 126:5 Matthew 5:4 Psalm 34:18 Psalm 42:3 2 Kings 20:5 Revelation 21:4 #Prayer #GodSeesYourTears #ChristianEncouragement #EmotionalHealing #ComfortFromGod #Brokenhearted #Faith #DailyPrayer #GodCares #MorningPrayer #DailyPrayer #ChristianFaith #PrayerShorts #FaithInGod
