Onion 1 medium size Garlic Clove 4 Soya Sauce 3 tbsp vinegar 4 tbsp Salt 1/2 tsp Oil 3 tbsp Add Red chilli dip mixture DIRECTION: In a blendar jug add , all the ingredients and blend untill smooth. shawarma red sauce is now ready. You can store this sauce in fridge for 1 month SHAWARMA Tahini Sauce MAYONNAISE 1cup=250ml Vegetable oil 2 and ½ Tablespoon Lemon juice 2 and ½Tablespoon Garlic Clove 5 White vinegar 2 Tablespoon Sesame seed 2 Tablespoon -Salt ½ Teaspoon Black pepper powder ½ Teaspoon OREGANO 1 Tablespoon Direction In a Blander jug add, all ingredients and blend well If in case ingredients not blend well add 1 tbsp more Vinegar and blend again.
