🔥 CROSSING OVER INTO NEW BEGINNINGS 🔥 📖 Joshua Chapter 5 ✨ New Year 2026 – A Prophetic Word ✨ On the morning of January 1, 2026, the Lord graciously used me to preach His Word for over one hour at The Church of Pentecost, Shahdara Lahore, to around 300 believers gathered inside and outside the church. The anointing and presence of the Holy Spirit were powerful and undeniable. All glory belongs to Jesus Christ alone! 🙌🔥 🕊️ MESSAGE TITLE: “Crossing Over into New Beginnings” Just as the children of Israel stood at the threshold of Canaan after the wilderness, today we also stand at the doorway of new beginnings, new blessings, and fulfilled promises. 🔥 The wilderness is ending — Canaan is before us! 📜 A Brief Journey Through Redemption History Over 400 years of slavery in Egypt Deliverance through Moses The blood on the doorposts The Red Sea parted The enemy drowned The pillar of cloud by day and fire by night never left them 📖 Exodus 13:21–22 Even when Israel murmured, God remained faithful: “The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” 📖 Exodus 14:13–14 For 40 years in the wilderness, their clothes didn’t wear out, their shoes didn’t decay, and God supernaturally sustained them 📖 Deuteronomy 29:5 🏹 A New Season Begins Moses has passed on. Joshua is now leading. A new generation stands near the Promised Land — blessed, yet unaware of the cost of deliverance. ⚠️ This is the danger of blessing without remembrance: Easy come, easy go. If we step into 2026 without gratitude for 2025, we risk becoming guilty of ingratitude. 🔑 GOD’S DIVINE ORDER BEFORE VICTORY 📖 Joshua Chapter 5 Before Jericho fell, God demanded preparation before strategy. God commanded FOUR things — and they apply to us today: 1️⃣ CONSECRATION Before entering the Promised Land, Israel renewed their covenant with God. 🔪 Circumcision was painful — but necessary. 👉 Today, it is the circumcision of the heart. (Romans 2:29) “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, take up his cross, and follow Me.” 📖 Matthew 16:24–25 💥 No Cross, No Crown 💥 No Good Friday, No Easter 💥 No Pain, No Gain If something does not glorify God — cut it off. If something does not edify the Church — cut it off. If something does not help you grow in Christ — cut it off. 2️⃣ CONFIRMATION It was wartime — yet Israel obeyed God first. 🔥 When the pain was for God, the healing also came from God. God does not use you greatly until He hurts you deeply. Joshua discovered that victory does not come through human planning, but through submission to the Commander of the Lord’s army 📖 Joshua 5:13–15 “Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the Lord.” 📖 Zechariah 4:6 When we fall at His feet, He fights our battles. 3️⃣ CONTEMPLATION “Today I have rolled away the reproach of Egypt from you.” 📖 Joshua 5:9 God didn’t just bring Israel out of Egypt — He had to remove Egypt from within them. 📖 2 Corinthians 5:17 “If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation.” 🔥 You cannot be blessed in a new year while carrying last year’s wounds, guilt, shame, and bitterness. ✝️ You don’t need anyone’s validation — the Cross of Christ is your greatest certificate. 4️⃣ CELEBRATION For 40 years, Israel had not celebrated Passover. 🔥 Passover means: “God saved me.” 🔥 His blood still works! You may have lost a business — but you never slept hungry You may have cried — but God never abandoned you When Israel entered the land: Manna stopped They ate the produce of the land 👉 God wants to move us from survival to abundance. 📖 Psalm 34:8 “Taste and see that the Lord is good.” 🔑 2026 is a year of abundance, sufficiency, and blessing — believe it! 🌅 A PROPHETIC WORD FOR 2026 🔥 God is opening closed doors 🔥 He is bringing walls down 🔥 He is calling His people into greater purpose Your wilderness was preparation — now step into His glory! 🙏 A NEW YEAR PRAYER Lord, we dedicate 2026 to You. Teach us to walk in obedience, humility, and faith. May Your presence and power be revealed in every area of our lives.
