DIY filament measurement in motion With my 6 Kg DIY Filament Extruder line, I have recently often had a problem with flexible filament when rolling it up. If the flexible filament is rolled up too tightly when winding, the winder pulls the filament thinner that can be up to 1/10 mm. If you then leave it on the spool for a few days and continue to crystallize, it then remains too thin. I have printed the measuring unit for this purpose. In the next videos I will test the measuring unit in hard everyday use. If there is interest in the STL files write me a mail with your email then I send the data to you. DIY Filamentmessung in Bewegung Bei meiner 6 Kg DIY Filament Extruder Line hatte ich in letzter Zeit oft ein Problem mit flexiblem Filament beim Aufrollen. Wenn das flexible Filament beim Aufrollen zu stramm aufgerollt wird zieht der Winder das Filament dünner das kann bis zu 1/10 mm sein. Wenn man es dann für einige Tage auf der Spule läßt und weiter kristallisiert bleibt es dann zu dünn. Die Messeinheit habe ich mir zu diesem zweck gedruckt. In den nächsten Videos werde ich die Messeinheit noch im harten Alltagsbetrieb testen.
