IBDA is a digital capacity-building platform designed to prepare fresh graduates for the local labour market through targeted skills development and practical, real-world learning experiences —giving young Syrians the tools, confidence, and knowledge they need to thrive professionally. ABOUT MADE BY SYRIANS: An initiative led by the Syria Response Innovation Lab supported by ‪@WorldVisionSyriaResponse‬ seeking to amplify innovative ideas and projects made by Syrians, for Syrians, and to connect them with global decisionmakers, donors, and innovation agencies.
