This video is a demonstration of our most popular PharmaTest 3 in 1 Tablet Hardness, Length and Thickness Tester. The PTB311 comes in either a 300N, 500N or 800N load cell. The stainless steel covers are sealed tight and make these tablet testers great for manufacturing suites or formulation labs. Very easy to use, German made strong with over 40 years experience, we offer a 2 Year warranty, Free IQ and OQ documentation as well as USP certificates. The unit measures hardness in either Newtons, Kiloponds or Strongcobs, inches or millimeters for thickness and length or diameter. Wipe down with IPA for dusty environments, we offer an external Epson non-thermal printer for reports and statistical analysis. Very easy to self calibrate with certified gage blocks for thickness and length, certified weights for the load cell as well as mechanical tablets for daily verification checks.
