The first speeded-up sequence shows Adrian Jones demonstrates how to: bring the fuselage out of the Lynton covered trailer roll one wing out (using a cradle trolley) rig the wing onto the fuselage (supported by an adjustable wingtip gantry) In the second sequence, Adrian shows how to: de-rig the wing from the fuselage (using the wingtip gantry) lift the wing onto its trolley and roll it back into the trailer put the fuselage and other parts back inside Based on these sequences, the real time for single-handedly rigging a CFM 'Shadow' or 'Streak' aircraft is 20 minutes, and the de-rigging time about 16 mins. [Note: Video plays at 2.5x normal speed, so don't worry about Adrian's work rate. It's actually a leisurely process rigging G-MTHT, his CFM 'Shadow' microlight aircraft.] For the Adrian's full rigging video, with his detailed commentary, watch the "Single handed Shadow wing rigging" video on Adrian Jones's YouTube chanel • Single handed Shadow wing rigging _____________________________________________________________________ If you are interested in the alternative Crosbie Wing-fold system, then check out these 2 videos: "Crosbie Wingfold - solo rigging the wings of a Shadow microlight aircraft" • Crosbie Wingfold - solo rigging the wings ...
