Its a mouthwatering Prawn recipe which tastes amazing with rice or Appam. Here is all that you will need: Ingredients For marination - Prawn - 250gms Salt - 1/2tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/4tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice - 1/2pc For Gravy- Oil - 2tbsp Mustard seeds - 1tsp Onion(chopped) - 1 pc Green chilis - 3pcs Ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp Tomato (chopped) - 1pc Salt - 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/4tsp Coriander powder - 1tsp Water - 1/2 cup Coconut milk - 1/2 cup Recipe: 1. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder and lime juice to the prawn and mix well. Marinate for 30mins. 2. Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated prawns and fry until the prawns are cooked. Then keep them aside. 3. Add mustard seeds to the same pan, then add onions and fry. 4. Add green chilis, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and fry. 5. Add Salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder and fry till the mixture leaves oil. 6. Add water and cover the lid and cook for 5 mins. 7. Add the fried prawns and mix. 8. Add coconut milk and cook for 5 mins. 9 The delicious prawn coconut curry is ready to serve with steam rice or appam.
