Laurent Ponsot ran Domaine Ponsot for many years. In 2017, he left Domaine Ponsot to start his own winery. Going back to the traditions of Burgundy, he owns 7 hectares of vineyards and buys the rest of the grapes for his wines from growers. Overall, he produced 26 different appellation wines. His label is unique: the green of the L reflects the color of young vine leaves emerging from the bud, while the dark grey of the P evokes the half-light of the cellar. The L descends from the sky while the P plunges its roots into our local soils. The horizontal bars of the two letters are open to the world: this is the trademark of the négociant.
