My 3rd day in Colorado, I ended up going off by myself to try out some staple singletrack in Colorado Springs. I'm not a fan of road riding, so I decided to take the trail route: riding Columbine, to the road for a 1/4 mile, to a gravel fire road, to Buckhorn Cutoff. Unfortunately it rained for most of that climb, but that wasn't the exciting part anyway 😋 I crested at Captain Jacks, rode it down to Gold Camp Road, then hit most of Chutes and part of Chamberlain.
