Then, we’ll head to Vélez-Blanco, home to the majestic Castillo de Vélez-Blanco, a stunning 16th-century Renaissance fortress with spectacular views. But that’s not all, Vélez-Blanco is also known for its natural water springs and historic fountains, such as the beautiful Fuente Caños de la Novia, where crystal-clear mountain water flows year-round. And if you’re a fan of authentic local experiences, don’t miss the small but charming farmers’ market, where you can buy fresh, locally grown produce straight from the source.
