Graham G The Breathing Method - 8a The Cuttings Portland Dorset My first 8a! and by no means an easy one! I got on it for a laugh then realized I could do all the moves... Then I was hooked! Hopefully help some people out with beta but iv seen it done a few different ways. In fact all three of my mates have completely different beta for getting into the gaston tufa hold so keep an open mind, also note that I am 5ft 11 with a +2 ape index and not afraid to use it! Worked this route for 4 sessions in total, mostly building the relevant muscles for the unusual moves even though I managed all the moves on the first session I needed the moves to feel easier. By the end of most sessions my back was really sore from all the big moves out left. I also don't/cant't clip during the crux but the fall isn't so bad (as you'l see) Enjoy and good luck!
