Use the Age Manipulator Machine (unlocked via the upgrade tree) to de-age your master-level croupiers and chefs at the cost of aging other, less vital staff. --Salary Expectations: Staff no longer auto-increase salary on level-up. You must manually manage raises to keep morale high, or they will quit, tanking your service rating.
