After years of waiting, the first episode of Lackadaisy is finally available for all to see! Unfortunately, one of the biggest issues the project has had is its visuals. Audio wise, everything’s fine; everyone’s recorded their lines, and there are mixers that are happily helping out with the project. The part with the moving pictures however, has been the most difficult. It was always one of those things that seemed simple at first, but then a lot of complications arose afterwards, that made things even worse (especially given how much I wanted to have everything perfect, and thusly, proved to be the exact opposite). So instead of putting the project on hiatus again, the rest of the episodes will be done via audio. I know this isn’t what was originally intended, but if everything else is working out besides visuals, then why not do it the old fashion way with audio dramas? It'll be much faster to get out, and will have less complications involved. At first everything was going good, until college took up most of my time. And then I realized that I was tackling on so much for a beginner, and the more I got overwhelmed with everything. I kept a brave face by not telling everyone what was going on, so I could prove to everyone that I wasn't an amateur that blew everything out of proportion (which I ended up doing). Not my best moment. I know most of the voice cast have moved on from the project after sending in their lines, and I think it’s time for me to move on as well. I’ve held myself back due to how I felt ashamed of how I handled everything, and I’d rather just get back into the voice acting ring without feeling bad about myself anymore.Rest assured that you’ll still get to hear everyone’s takes on their roles (which everyone did completely awesome at), it just may be a little different then what you expect. For now though, I hope you enjoy the first episode in the making for over 4 years. Hopefully this'll make up for the delays.
