Today on our 2012 Kia Sedona well be installing part #: 118410 from Tow Ready, the T1 vehicle wiring harness. Well start by removing our taillights. We have three fasteners to remove. To remove our taillight wiring harness well push down this tab right here, we can pull it apart. Were going to take our purple wire and put it between the bumper and the body and run it all the way out towards the bottom. Now there are some supports in there that you have to work it around so it may take some practice. Were going to have to make room for our module, so were going to loosen up this fastener so we can pull out the bumper cover a little bit. Alright, now well go ahead and leave that alone for now. Next well go ahead deal with the red wire with the black stripe. Were going to connect our black wire that comes with the kit and run that all the way through. Well use one of but connectors to connect our black and red wires. Alright, now lets take our black wire and run it through. Next well go ahead and install our ground wire to the sheet metal here. Okay, now well go ahead and take our T connector and plug into our factory wire harness, set that aside and well also take our T connector with the green and red wire and well put it behind the bumper cover as well and pull it out the bottom. With all the wires pulled up the bottom we can go ahead and reinstall our taillight. Alright, now well go ahead and clean up some sheet metal to attach our module. Alright now well take our T connector with the red and green wire and then well go ahead and run this to the other side of the bumper. Alright, when we run our wires across were going to remove the fasteners for the bumper fascia brackets so we can sneak them behind the brackets and then well put the bumper cover back up. Well take our four pole wire and run it to our hitch, well just tie it out to a safety chain loop, then well zip tie our excess wire out of the way. Alright, now Ill go ahead and continue on running our red and green wire up to the taillight. Okay, to help run our wires up from the bottom were going to run a piece of airline tubing. Now this could be anything like a heavy piece of wire or even a coat hanger. Just something to run it down below so you can pull the wire up easy. Make sure you take up all the slack out of the wiring so you can stay away from the exhaust. Well just pull it up, well connect it to our factory wire harness and zip tie the wires together to take up the slack. Then we can go ahead and reattach our taillight. Okay, now well take our black wire and run it to the front. We want to make sure we stay away from anything thats moving like the suspension components, or anything hot like the exhaust. Now on this instance we actually added some Inaudible for our wiring to help hold it up out of the way because there is simply not much to run it through and hide the wire. Alright, well go ahead and pull the wires up from the bottom and well just go ahead and rout them around the fuse block, work our way to the positive side of the battery. Well go ahead and cut our wire short and then well go ahead to add our fuse holder. Lets cut it in half, one end will get the ring terminal and the other end the will get but connector well connect to our black wire. Well go ahead and add a ring terminal to the positive post here, well add our cover and then well go ahead and add our fuse. And that will finish it for our install of part #: 118410 from Tow Ready on our 2010 Kia Sedona.
