This is just a video explaining my training period and hiring MISCOMMUNICATION. Over my time period of working to get on at swift I feel some of the information was not clearly relayed. Some of it was just me simply asking the right questions some just the nature of working for a mega carrier. The objective is to get you through the door. I will say even with the miscommunication it has not and was not as bad as possibly projected in this video. I understand nothing is perfect and the larger the company the more there is opportunity for good and bad to happen. This is just a summary of how my situation has started out working for Swift Transportation.
