The single-target magnetron sputtering fiber winding coating machine is a common physical vapor deposition (PVD) technology used to prepare various thin film materials. Its working principle is to use a technique called magnetron sputtering to generate ions and neutral atoms by sputtering high-purity metal or alloy target materials, and deposit them on the substrate to form thin films.
