Welcome to this guided meditation to connect Egyptian Gods Hapi and Geb along with Goddess Anuket. It’s particularly useful for creating fertile ground to plant seeds or wishes to be nourished into growth and manifestation. I can apply to fertility, new ideas, projects and creations. It will be relaxing and healing for everyone. Hapi and Anuket are associated with the Nile flood and the inundation was central to Egyptian life and wellbeing. Geb is the god of earth and he will be nourished by the inundation to create fertile ground. This meditation will help you clear away any debris and obstacles to create a fresh and healthy start. Great for easing you into deep restorative sleep or just for some relaxation time. I love meditation as a way to relax and increase feelings of wellness but they do double duty when they allow you to connect to your spiritual path at the same time.
