They must get themselves registered with Securities and Exchange Board of India ( SEBI) to make investment in Indian Market. Participatory Notes (P-notes)- These are the instruments which are issued by FPI or any other foreign registered investor, to other investors, who also wishes to make investment in Indian market, without getting them registered.
