He can't stay out of trouble and every day he has a new question to present to his wise friend and mentor Dilip. Determined to show Ethelbert the answer rather than tell him, Dilip takes him on his raft through the Magic Waterfall to a new fantasy adventure in every episode which is relevant to Ethelbert's problem and will help him resolve it for himself.
