With all new plenary sessions and a variety of skill-building workshops, the 2nd Annual Developing Medical Educators of the 21st Century course will address challenges in the learning environment, well-being, equity pedagogy in health professions, contemporary approaches to assessment and many other issues important to educators across the continuum of medical education. This 3-day intensive course targets medical educators from undergraduate and graduate medical education seeking to develop or improve skills in teaching and educational program design. Flexible programming allows participants to select sessions aligned with their interest and experience level.
