Farewell New World

I returned for the 're-release,' eager to see everything new and create content again, but the same bugs from 2021, along with a long list of new bugs, exploits and an extremely slow pace of fixes and updates, crushed any hope of the game ever making a real comeback. Despite New World’s struggles to retain players, I always loved its combat. However, changes like aimlock, slayer script, and reduced skill ceiling have made it dull. Day 1 PvP veterans would agree the old combat was much smoother and high paced, especially when servers had low population. Now, ability queuing and weapon swapping feels unreliable, and the removal of most animation cancels has left the combat and small scale PvP a shadow of its former self. After one last hurrah on a fresh start server, I’ve realized it’s time for me to move on. From the release of New World in 2021 to this final New World video in 2024, I’ve dedicated the channel to creating PvP buildcrafting and montages to make the PvP experience accessible and enjoyable for all. While I don't see the game ever making a comeback, I want to express my heartfelt thanks to everyone who watched, subscribed, liked, or commented over the years. New World was fun while it lasted!
