Join us as we explore the social-emotional impact of dyslexia, hear personal stories, and discuss strategies to support the whole student academically and emotionally.  This panel will be facilitated by Alissa Heizler-Mendoza, Parent Engagement Coordinator at Decoding Dyslexia CT. The Connecticut Parent Advocacy Center is a statewide, non-profit organization that has served as Connecticut's Parent and Information Center (PTI) since 1983, providing free information, training and support to families of children and youth with disabilities.
