Corn silk tea is a natural diuretic which is safe to drink. I drank it often during my pregnancies. It is also a good aid for bladder infections and for flushing out kidneys. Corn is abundant this time of the year so don't throw away the silk! Please ask your doctor before taking any herbal teas. VEA ESTE VIDEO EN ESPAÑOL - • Deshincha tu Cuerpo con Este Te de Seda de... Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. 2. Add the corn silk to the water and reduce the heat to low. 3. Let the silk simmer for 10–15 minutes. 4. Strain the tea to remove the silk and pour it into a cup. 5. You can sweeten the tea with honey or lemon, but it can be consumed plain. Best Time to Drink: Corn silk tea can be enjoyed at any time during the day. For those using it to help with UTI symptoms, it's beneficial to drink a cup in the morning or afternoon. Avoid drinking it late at night as the diuretic effect may disturb sleep. Print your recipe here - https://thefrugalchef.com/2024/09/how...
