We are honored to be entrusted with the restoration of 1411 North Street and to guide the revival of this rare Queen Anne Vernacular home, built circa 1910 by Emil E. Lengnick. One of the few remaining examples of its style in Beaufort, this residence sits proudly on one of the city's highest points. Its classic wrap-around porch and intricate detailing are a testament to early 20th-century Lowcountry craftsmanship. Our approach is rooted in deep respect for the original architecture: preserving historic elements while introducing sensitive modern updates that ensure longevity and livability. Every decision—from the careful repair of original millwork to the integration of period-appropriate materials—honors the home’s storied past and Beaufort’s irreplaceable heritage. Progress continues, and we look forward to sharing more as this distinguished property returns to its rightful prominence in the Beaufort Historic District!
