Fox Alien Masuter Pro Nema 23 upgrade walk through PART 1 of 2

This is part 1of a 2 part video of the complete walk through of upgrading my Fox Alien Masuter Pro to the Nema 23 steppers and a new controller. This upgrade is suitable for the Masuter Pro & Masuter 3 machines which are nearly identical. This upgrade is a MAJOR upgrade from the original Nema 17 motors and controller and really stiffens the machine, raises the X/Z gantry by about 1.5 inches for more Z clearance, and increases the speed significantly which is a big deal especially if you have a high powered laser. It is a time consuming process as you are essentially breaking the machine down to nearly all of it's parts, then reassembling it with all of the upgraded parts. Total time should be between 1.5-2.5 hours till you are testing and running again. The folks at Fox Alien were great at answering ALL of my questions prior to my purchase, and I have been very pleased with this machine for the 2.5 years I have been running it, and now I know it will serve me or someone another 3-5 years easily. Part 2 of this 2 part series will be dropped later this weekend! NOTE: Be aware that if you ever reach out to Fox Alien, they are over seas, so you will not get instant answers, but I have found that they are VERY responsive and I have never waited more than 24 hours (business days) for an answer, they have even helped me with technical specs for their lasers to adapt mine to another brand CNC machine! Good people in my opinion! ALSO NOTE: I was terrible about giving allen wrench sizes and wrench sizes along the way, but EVERY TOOL YOU NEED to do this upgrade is provided with the upgrade kit.
