EASY BLACKSTONE GRIDDLE RECIPE - AMAZING BISCUITS AND SAUSAGE GRAVY!

Today we make another easy Blackstone griddle recipe! This biscuits and sausage gravy recipe is amazing and so delicious! We love cooking these easy recipes on our Blackstone griddle, and know this biscuits and sausage gravy will be a hit with the whole family! Sausage Gravy Roux: 1 lb. pork sausage (we used Jimmy Dean's regular pork sausage for this cook). 2 cups milk (we use whole milk) 2 tbs. butter 2 tbs. flour. Bring butter to a boil, slowly stir in the flour. One all the flour is mixed evenly (no clumps), slowly pour in milk while stirring. Continue to monitor, stirring occasionally until boiling. Once the mix is boiling, add cooked ground sausage (best if sausage is hot right after cooking to bring more grease to add flavor). Let boil, continue to mix until it is the consistency that you desire!
