Juice From The Raw is one of the more popular juice cleanses out there (mostly due to the big Groupons and coupons they offer). So we decided to try them out one more time before heading off to a wedding. They have a variety of different 3 and 5 day cleanses available. Regardless of whether you’ve done a juice cleanse/fast before or not, they have different levels to fit your experience. They also have different flavors available, which is a nice plus. We went with their beginners level "3 day Whenever Cleanse with Cashew Coffee Milk & Probiotics”. In the video we chronicle each day of the cleanse. Surprisingly, it wasn’t too tough. Obviously you get hungry and it’s a bit weird not actually chewing real meals for 3 days but it’s over before anything “bad” happens. There’s a lot of talk about the pros and cons of juice cleanses.
