Driven Red Grouse Shooting at Coverhead 2013 Season

A selection of exciting Go Pro clips featuring Driven Red Grouse Shooting on the Coverhead Estate during the 2013 shooting season. Lots of Grouse and plenty of misses! Footage includes Go Pro Gun Cam and Go Pro static camera shots. Red Grouse are completely wild but we put thousand of man-hours into managing our Estate to produce a sustainable harvest of birds. All are eaten and the environmental management benefits of our activities helps to sustain many threatened species of other birds such as Curlew, Lapwing, Merlin, Golden Plover, Ring Ouzel, Black Grouse and many more, whilst protecting the fragile blanket bog moorland habitat. We let Grouse days to teams and individuals and offer an 'Introduction to Grouse Shooting' course which includes an excellent lunch, instruction, a simulated grouse practise on our private clay range and an opportunity to have a go on a real Grouse day!
