According to initial reports, he was immediately shifted to PIMS Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. Sources claim that continuous duty despite dengue illness, lack of leave approval, pressure from superiors after recent robberies, and threats of promotion delays led to extreme distress. He reportedly received a harsh phone call during duty moments before taking his own life. Islamabad IG Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi and other senior police officials have reached PIMS Hospital, and a high-level inquiry has been ordered into the incident. Further investigation is underway.
