On this second part of my Palma de Mallorca Adventure, we will walk more streets, hear more sounds, and taste the local food on this beautiful island! The ensaimada which is very famous in the Philippines was born on these islands before it became the ensaymada that we know with tons of cheese and sugar. Here, I was able to taste the most authentic way it's being made. I also went inside the workshop of Stick No Bills which creates some of the most beautiful Posters and postcards I saw!
